My story
From building products to building people.
As founder & CEO I built Travis the Translator, named Dutch Startup of the Year, winner of Best of CES, with 200,000+ devices sold worldwide and coverage across global media.
I was also on the founding team of Venture Café Rotterdam, one of the largest founder communities in the Netherlands. In 2020 I made a decision: I'd rather develop founders than technology. Since then I've worked with 100+ business owners and built the founder club I always wished I'd had.
The work is simple: help founders grow as fast as their businesses do, through strategy, the right room around them, and their own performance.
